Returns & Exchanges We only accept returns or exchanges in case of damaged products. To be eligible for an exchange, the consignee must record a clear video while opening the parcel. The video must be continuous and clearly show the product and any damage. Reporting Damage If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. Please email us at hello.lovelywall@gmail.com with the following details: Parcel opening video Your full name Your Order ID Exchange Process Once the damage is verified, the damaged item will be exchanged. Exchange will be processed after verification of the provided video and details. Refund Policy Refunds are not offered. Only exchange of damaged items is applicable as per our policy. Non-Eligible Cases We will not be responsible for: Claims without an opening video Complaints reported after 48 hours Damage caused after delivery Change of mind or personal preference issues Policy Changes We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
