Delivery

Damage Policy

  • The consignee must record a clear video while opening the parcel.

  • If the product is damaged, the customer must inform us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

  • The complaint email must include:

    • Parcel opening video

    • Customer name

    • Order ID

  • After verification, the damaged item will be exchanged.

Refund & Return Policy

  • Refunds are not offered.

  • Returns or exchanges are only applicable for damaged products, subject to video proof.

  • Claims without an opening video or reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Lovelywall.pk and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
