At LovelyWall.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We only accept returns or exchanges in case of damaged products.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the consignee must record a clear video while opening the parcel.

  • The video must be continuous and clearly show the product and any damage.

Reporting Damage

  • If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

  • Please email us at hello.lovelywall@gmail.com with the following details:

    • Parcel opening video

    • Your full name

    • Your Order ID

Exchange Process

  • Once the damage is verified, the damaged item will be exchanged.

  • Exchange will be processed after verification of the provided video and details.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered.

  • Only exchange of damaged items is applicable as per our policy.

Non-Eligible Cases

We will not be responsible for:

  • Claims without an opening video

  • Complaints reported after 48 hours

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Change of mind or personal preference issues
