Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after confirmation and successful payment.

  • Order processing time is usually 1–2 working days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer shipping across Pakistan (or your service area).

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service, usually 3–7 working days.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as re-delivery due to incorrect address will be borne by the customer.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping details.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Parcel Receiving Instructions

  • Upon delivery, the consignee must record a clear video while opening the parcel.

  • This video is mandatory in case of any damage claim.

Damaged Parcels

  • If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

  • Please email us at hello.lovelywall@gmail.com with:

    • Parcel opening video

    • Your full name

    • Order ID

  • After verification, the damaged item will be exchanged according to our Damage & Exchange Policy.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

  • If a parcel is refused or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-shipping charges will apply.

  • Refunds are not offered for refused deliveries.
